Corrugation is generally made in the brushing machine or wiping machine. By using the axial motion of the upper grinding roller, the surface of the aluminum or aluminum alloy plate is rubbed and the wavy pattern is obtained.

Spiral grain, also known as optical rotation, is a kind of silk grain obtained by rotating polishing on the surface of aluminum or aluminum alloy plate by using cylindrical felt or stone grinding nylon wheel mounted on a drilling machine, mixed with kerosene and polishing ointment. It is used for circular signs and small decorative dial decorative processing.

In addition, there is a process close to sand blasting, but it is carried out by a chemical corrosion method, commonly known as chemical sand rotten treatment or chemical sand surface corrosion, especially for aluminum surface treatment, the uniformity of the sand surface is far better than sand blasting treatment. Chemical sand surface corrosion can be divided into acidic corrosion and alkaline corrosion. Different surface color and sand thickness can be obtained by different etching solvent and sand surface agent.
